The Hayward Farmers Market takes place at the Hayward City Hall Plaza, located at 777 B Street. Having enlivened downtown Hayward for nearly 20 years, AIM is thrilled to partner with the City of Hayward to bring added life to the newly renovated City Hall.
With over 35 farmers and specialty food purveyors, this market is the place for the local Hayward community to get their fill of fresh, healthy, locally grown fruits and vegetables. The diversity of the market reflects the diversity of the local eaters. With so many loyal farmers and customers the market has developed its own sense of community, achieving one of the primary goals of AIM.

The Hayward Farmers Market is having an abundant summer. We are in full swing for the year with all your favorite fruits and vegetables. The market has enjoyed the addition of a few new vendors that bring Hayward only the best! Stop by Wholeness Farms’ booth and meet the farmer himself, Luis Miranda, to learn how his small certified organic farm in Lodi keeps you, your family and Mother Earth happy and healthy. Also check out Calolea Olive Oil for fresh pressed 100% locally grown California extra-virgin olive oil. It’s great on some bread from our German style baker Octoberfeast or a French baguette from Swiss Delice! We’ve also added Mission Fish, with fresh caught seafood from fisherman Pat O’Shea. Come by to pick up your locally caught rock fish, or make a soup with fish heads, better yet fry up some salmon skin for a real ethnic treat! The new space in front of City Hall has attracted more foot traffic, which has allowed the market to attract new vendors. Thank you for supporting the Hayward Market!
Now that the school is back in session, the Hayward Farmers Market is once again offering farmers market tours!
